Investors hold units in a single-purpose vehicle. Farid.ir retains 100% of management, decision-making, construction, financing, sales and operations.
NAV-based ownership
Your holding is a proportional share of the vehicle, not a fixed Toman figure. As the asset revalues, your ownership revalues with it.
Independent valuation
Each vehicle is valued quarterly by an independent firm. Every NAV print is published to the investor register.
Liquidity by design
Exit through the secondary desk at prevailing NAV, subject to Farid.ir's right of first refusal.
